Text message terms

These terms describe the text message program run by C 7 Nutrition LLC (“C7 Nutrition”), 13628 N Rockwell Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73142.

The program

C7 Nutrition texts about rewards, orders and specials: occasional specials and news from the shop, a confirmation and a ready notice for orders where you asked for order texts, and a one-time sign-in code when you ask for one on the rewards page.

How you join

You join the specials texts by ticking the unchecked box on our checkout page or on the rewards page, or by texting JOIN to our number. Beside the box we say: “Get texts about specials and earn a bonus stamp.” When you tick it, you agree: “Text me specials from C7 Nutrition. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” You join the order texts with a separate unchecked box at checkout: “Text me updates about this order (confirmation and when it is ready). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” Order texts are about your order only.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You do not have to agree to order, to earn stamps or to use C7 Rewards.

The bonus stamp

The first time a phone number joins the specials texts, we add one bonus stamp to the C7 Rewards account for that number. It is a thank-you, it is added once per phone number, and it stays on the account if you later reply STOP. Joining again later does not earn another one. The bonus stamp is not a payment for your consent and has no cash value.

Messages and frequency

Message frequency varies. Specials texts are sent between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Central time. Order texts are a confirmation and a ready notice for each order. A sign-in code is sent only when you ask for one.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from us. Reply START to join again. Reply HELP for help, or call (405) 916-9547 or email c7nutritionokc@gmail.com.

Your information

We keep your number and the record of your consent (the wording you saw, the time, and the device you used). We do not sell or share text opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See the privacy policy.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
