By placing an order you agree to these terms with C 7 Nutrition LLC.

Pickup orders

Pickup orders are collected at our single location. Pickup times are estimates: your order is typically ready 5 to 7 minutes after you pay unless we tell you otherwise.

Delivery orders

Delivery is offered to addresses within 10 miles of our shop (straight-line distance). Within 5 miles there is no minimum: delivery is free on orders of $25.00 or more before tax and tip, and $5.00 under that. From 5 to 10 miles, orders must be $50.00 or more before tax and tip, and delivery is free. Our own staff deliver your order.

• Timing: delivery estimates are 30 to 45 minutes after you order. Busy periods, weather and traffic can make it longer.
• Hours: we deliver 8 AM–2 PM on days the shop is open. The last delivery order is at 1:15 PM.
• Address: please check your address and delivery instructions. We check that the address is inside our delivery area before you pay.
• Tips: a tip (for our team on pickup orders, or your driver on delivery) is optional and goes on your card payment. It is not part of your order total.
• If we cannot reach you or find a safe place to leave your order, we will call you. If we still cannot complete the delivery, the order may be cancelled, and refunds follow the refund policy.

Pricing and tax

Prices and tax are confirmed by our system at checkout and can change until you pay.

Availability

Items can sell out. If an item becomes unavailable we will ask you to change your order before you pay.

C7 Rewards

Every paid order that has a phone number earns stamps for that number automatically: one stamp for each shake, loaded tea or specialty drink (snacks and shots do not count), online or in the shop. 10 stamps is a free drink, up to the price shown on the rewards page. Stamps have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are removed for a refunded order. To see your stamps, we send a one-time code to your phone (or to your email, if you ordered with one).
