Privacy policy

This describes how C7 Nutrition handles information on this website. Controller: C 7 Nutrition LLC.

What we collect

For pickup orders: your name, phone number, email address, order contents, pickup time and notes.
For delivery orders: also your delivery address, delivery instructions and any driver tip. We send the street address, city and ZIP to the US Census Bureau geocoding service (no account or key; it receives the address text, not your name or order) to check that it is inside our delivery area.
Club account (optional): at checkout you can choose to add your order to your C7 club account. If you do, we use your phone number and order to record your visit in the club's customer system, and we email that phone number and order to our staff so they can sign you in. If you do not tick the box, your phone number is used only for your order.
Rewards: when you give your phone number on an order online or at the counter, we add stamps for that order to a rewards account for that number automatically, and keep the number, your stamps and a history of earned and used rewards. To show you your stamps we send a one-time code to the number (through our text providers, Telnyx or Twilio) or, if you have ordered with an email address, to that email.
Order history for reordering: we keep your paid online orders (what you ordered, the date, the total, and the name, phone number and email you gave at checkout). When you sign in with your phone number and a code, we show you your own last 20 orders and let you order them again. Nobody sees another customer's orders. You stay signed in on that device for 90 days unless you sign out, and you can ask us to delete your history at any time.
Text messages (optional): if you tick a text box at checkout or on the rewards page, or text JOIN to our number, we keep your phone number, the exact wording you agreed to, the time, your IP address and your browser so we can show consent. Order texts are about your order only. Marketing texts are specials from C7 Nutrition. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. See the text message terms.
Basic technical data (IP address, browser) in server logs for security and fraud prevention.

Payments

Card details are entered into a secure form hosted by Clover and never reach our servers. We receive only a payment result and a reference.

Who processes data

Clover: point of sale, orders and payment processing.
Netlify: website hosting.
Supabase: storage of order and checkout records.
Resend: order confirmation and ready emails.
Telnyx: sends our text messages and one-time codes. Twilio: backup for one-time codes.
Analytics: none at this time. We do not currently run an analytics service, and this policy will be updated if that changes.

Retention

Draft retention periods: order records are kept for 24 months, and your name, phone number, email and delivery address are removed 90 days after pickup or delivery.
